A Note on the Layout: The studio features a space-saving but very comfortable fold-out bed (sofa bed). When the bed is open and unfolded for sleeping, it occupies most of the floor space, limiting free movement around the room. We love our cozy setup, but if you require a large amount of open floor space at all times, this might not be the ideal fit for you. If you are not ok with this, please do not book with us!

Fully Furnished Kitchen: Your own separate kitchen area, equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and all the essential cookware and utensils. Perfect for preparing quick meals and enjoying a coffee before heading out.

AC: A portable air conditioning unit is provided to ensure your comfort during the warm Côte d’Azur summers. It is easy to use and highly effective.
